Angel valuations were robust, with the median pacing at \u20ac3.7 million\u2014above the \u20ac3m figure registered in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Early adoption may be tougher for startups in the current climate, but Pitchbook expects less mature companies to be protected from the turbulence affecting companies with high costs.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, current market conditions could force investors to focus on ideas with the potential for long-term success.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, Patel believes that seed and early-stage companies in long-term&nbsp;industries such as clean energy could remain appealing investments.
