Current clients include Fortune<\/span><span>&nbsp;500 members Ford, Johnson &amp; Johnson, and Home Depot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The software\u2019s USP is a holistic approach that breaks down data siloes and integrates every step of the customer experience. Back in the 1950s, the legendary <\/span><span>consultant Peter Drucker had a famous version of his own: \u201cThere is only one valid definition of business purpose: to create a customer\u2026 so a business has two functions: marketing and innovation.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For today\u2019s enterprises, however, those two functions are just the start.<\/p>\n<h2>New routes on customer&nbsp; journeys<\/h2>\n<p><span>Fortune 500 companies now have endless functions, from CX, engineering, and design to research, service, and marketing. All of these need to be customer-centric.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>TheyDo\u2019s solution aims to bring them all together.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>COVID-19 provided another boost to the business. The rise of remote working during the pandemic exposed and deepened misalignment between teams, while rapid digitisation added countless customer service avenues \u2014 and competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cEven with return-to-office policies, a lot of teams need a set of tools to collaborate asynchronously on the customer experience,\u201d&nbsp; <\/span><span>van der Veer said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>TheyDo\u2019s rapid expansion suggests he has a point. <\/span><span>The company has consecutively hit triple-digit year-on-year (YoY) growth. This pushes it beyond a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/staxbill.com\/t2d3-path-to-saas-growth-1b-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span>coveted yardstick<\/span><\/a><span> used by VCs to spot attractive startups: \u201ctriple twice, double three times\u201d \u2014 200% YoY revenue growth for two years followed by 100% revenue growth YoY for three years.<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Those figures have caught the eye of <a href=\"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/topic\/investor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investors<\/a>. Today\u2019s raise brings the startup\u2019s total <a href=\"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/topic\/funding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">funding<\/a> <span>to just under $50 million. Blossom Capital, a VC firm based in London, let the latest round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Van der Veer expects the cash from customers to strengthen the investment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWithin the Fortune 500, there is a real need for an enterprise solution that ties data, insights, workflows and decision-making together,\u201d he said. \u201cThese global corporations cannot rely on twenty different tools holding various pieces of the puzzle.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span>One of the themes of this year\u2019s TNW Conference is Pixels and Profit.
