Ricard will lead the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The deal is due to be finalised this month. British private equity group Bridgepoint \u2014 LumApps\u2019 largest existing shareholder \u2014 will retain majority ownership in the merged entity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If the deal goes ahead, it will birth Europe\u2019s latest unicorn company.
