The deal closed in UiPath\u2019s first quarter of fiscal 2027; financial terms were not disclosed. WorkFusion\u2019s software focuses on repetitive and resource-intensive parts of compliance work, from customer screening and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to know-your-customer (KYC) investigations. \u201cFinancial institutions need intelligent solutions to combat sophisticated financial crimes and navigate evolving compliance requirements,\u201d said Daniel Dines, CEO of UiPath.
