The company will roll it out by<span>&nbsp;the end of this month, but let\u2019s take a look at some exciting features that people have already noticed in the beta version.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Face ID will work with masks<\/h2>\n<p><span>Aren\u2019t you jumping with joy at the thought of this?<\/span> If not, you should. Apple will allow you to <a href=\"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/plugged\/2021\/02\/02\/wearing-a-mask-you-can-soon-use-face-id-and-apple-watch-to-unlock-your-iphone\/\">unlock your phone with Face ID even while you\u2019re wearing a mask<\/a>&nbsp; \u2014 but you\u2019ll need an Apple Watch for it. Once this update rolls out, you\u2019ll have to manually enable this feature from the settings. With this update, apps will have to ask for permission before their unique&nbsp;<span>Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) can track you and show you ads based on that data. You\u2019ll be able to see all apps tracking you under&nbsp;Settings, and make changes if you want. Currently, if your iPad is connected to the magic keyboard in landscape mode, it\u2019ll wake up with a vertical boot screen. So, you\u2019ll have to adjust the orientation for the first time and that\u2019s annoying. Apple is also redirecting Google\u2019s \u201cSafe Browsing\u201d traffic <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/othermaciej\/status\/1359736220809531393?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">through its own servers<\/a>&nbsp;\u2014 for sites on the Safe Browsing list \u2014to keep your identity hidden.
