{"id":91,"date":"2020-10-05T16:31:57","date_gmt":"2020-10-05T16:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thenextweb.com\/?p=1321666"},"modified":"2020-10-05T16:31:57","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T16:31:57","slug":"nvidia-is-building-the-uks-fastest-supercomputer-to-use-for-ai-research-in-healthcare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.londonchiropracter.com\/?p=91","title":{"rendered":"Nvidia is building the UK\u2019s fastest supercomputer to use for AI research in healthcare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nvidia today announced that it\u2019s building the UK\u2018s fastest supercomputer, which it intends to use for AI research in healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>The Cambridge-1 will&nbsp;deliver 400 petaflops of AI performance, giving it a spot among <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top500.org\/lists\/top500\/list\/2020\/06\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">the world\u2019s 30 most powerful supercomputers<\/a>. Nvidia says it will also be among the three most energy-efficient supercomputers on the current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top500.org\/lists\/green500\/2020\/06\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Green500 list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The system is expected to come online by the end of the year.
